I walked the downtown strip for a bit and went down the hill to the park where I took a few pictures for class. The architechture is beautiful down there and the sound of the river is really relaxing. and of course, there was someone smoking some kind of narcotic in is car. I walked down the river a bit and took Union st back up to Main and that’s when I found Cronies. I’m not even sure how to pronounce it, but it is probably the best place here in Waupaca. Laid back, typical coffee and espresso bar, but classy, with Edie Brickell crooning in the background. I walk inside and take a seat at the bar where I order a coffee and a bowl of some chicken and rice soup. The coffee was delicious and the soup was delectable. And cheap. Costed me nearly nothing. I did the soduko puzzle in one of the newspapers without messing up (for once), left a tip and made my way. I stopped at the Kwik Trip and picked up a pack of cigarettes then went to Pick N Save to pick up something for my dad. Then I headed home. And now I’m home, blogging about this like some sort of hipster. I hate hipsters. Even though I’m sure I am one, and my friends are too. cheers.
